Here they are - Liam & Grady! Along with big brothers Soren & Gabe. The twins were about 4 weeks old at this point and still so very tiny and adorable. They slept like champs though! They barely cracked their eyes during the entire session, and if they did they just wanted a little tasting from their bottle. And the smiles...oh the smiles. They are so sweet and have great big brothers to help take care of them.
I am beginning to book fall sessions. Book before August 1st to lock in a family session package rate of $175. This inlcudes the session fee and 25 high resolution digital images with full printing rights.
This momma is an old friend from high school that I have had the pleasure of re-connecting with thanks to photography! We did her maternity session back in May and a couple of weeks ago I got to meet her baby girl Isabella. And isn't her firefighter daddy such a hunk?! I look forward to seeing Isabella back in front of the camera in a few months as she is one of my Year of Wonder babies who I document throughout her first year.
Sweet Ava. With those beautiful blue eyes. Such a doll. Such a beautiful family. They came out to the house so we could use my fields and barn as a backdrop. It is definitely my favorite place to shoot. The scenery seems to change out here week to week, and for their session we had a garden of day lilies. We have beautiful light in the early morning, but we also have exceptional light in the evenings. Enough about that - back to this cutie pie!
Oh Edward, how sweet you are. His momma is a doctor and his daddy is a pilot so we were sure to work a few related items into the photos. I think he is so very handsome. Oh! And his momma knit him that awesome blanket in the second photo. I'm not really sure how she found time to do that!
Squeal! My nephew! I am sooooooo in love. The most handsome lil guy I have ever photographed. I absolutely adore him and cherished the time we spent together during the session. We were able to incorporate a lot of special items, including his crib quilt, a blanket that my husband and I picked up for him in Germany, his Daddy's drum, and a little visor made by my friend Dena.
I fell in love with Audrey and her amazing head of hair the minute I saw her. She was a dream to work with and slept like a champ the entire time. It was also so great to meet her parents - Momma is a doll. And Dad...well, it's possible he took a little snooze while we were doing our thing. :) Sleep when the baby sleeps, right?! I fall more and more in love with newborn photography at every session I do. I am so thankful that parents allow me to document this truly special time for them.
Brothers! Adorable brothers. Charlie had a great time running around the backyard while John was snoozing inside, taking a bit of a break to kiss his brother. Another great family - I really do have the best job!
My cousin and his beautiful, funny, and kind family came out to the new house to play in our fields! Bella and Nate are a riot. So sweet, so down to earth, and best beds. It was such a nice experience to watch them run around, explore the yard, and keep us all entertained. I had a hard time narrowing down which photos to share!
Another amazing senior session! Meet Katie - an ESM Class of 2013 senior. She was awesome to work and let me try anything that popped into my head. Her eyes. They're piercing and beautiful. Love.
Holly Faith Rose. A beautiful name to go with a beautiful girl. I did Amanda's awaiting baby session just a few weeks before she was due (you can see it here) and instantly fell in love with the Rose's. They are so sweet, beautiful and kind. I couldn't wait to meet their baby girl! They brought lots of fun hats and accessories with them to the session, and we had a great time putting her into each of them. She makes a pretty adorable lion and kitten, if I do say so myself.
This is my absolutely beautiful and super sweet cousin Cynthia. We had so much fun at her session, despite the high temperatures that day. And she was brave enough to head out into the fields for me! This was the first time I had a session in my new backyard, and the first of many times I plan on using this awesome couch! The new backyard? So awesome. Look at that lighting! I am so excited to share these photos. I had a really hard time narrowing it down, so there are lots to look at.
This session was from last month, but I was waiting to post because the photos were a Father's Day surprise! Do you think Daddy is a Jets fan?! We had a great time playing in the park and these girls are just too cute for words. They both recently celebrated their birthdays so we were sure to get in photos documenting their ages. I love how they all turned out! Oh, and skinny jeans on toddlers? Puh-lease. 
Have I mentioned how much I love doing the Awaiting Baby sessions? I have just fallen in love with maternity photographs. Look at this momma! So happy, so smiley, so in love. A beautiful session.
Noah came to the studio as adorable as ever, and ready to model some fantastic hats his momma brought along with her. I loved the elephant one so much I had to pick it up for my collection. Don't you just want to snuggle with him?!
Ethan was such a good baby! I think he gets the chill vibe from his parents. He was a great sleeper, and I think he loved his first modeling gig. Ethan is one of my Year of Wonder babies so you'll be seeing him again in a few months!
Y'all, this is one of the sweetest, most kind couples you will ever meet. They are adorable together and SO excited to meet their little girl. It won't be long now, and I'm looking forward to meeting her too!
Gigi! She literally looks just like a beautiful blonde-haired blue-eyed doll. And the eyelet top? Adorable. Such a sweetie. But boy can this girl run! I got an early morning workout with her, but am thrilled with how the images turned out. I hope they put a smile on your face too.
April is Adorable with a capital "A". Look at that adorable lil belly! She was a doll to work with, and her husband kept her giggling the whole time. They are so sweet together. We had to reschedule the original session due to weather and I am glad we did. We had beautiful light - the sun peeked through the clouds just as we were making our way to the field.
Meet Carolyn - a 2013 senior from ESM! We had such beautiful lighting for her session - she was all sparkly and I loved it! I think she has a very modest and classic beauty to her. These photos make me smile.
