This is my cousin Greg and his adorable fiancé Laura.  Aren't they fab?!  They are so sweet and totally rocked the camera.  They were in from out of town, and it just so happened to be a winter wonderland out their back door.  I could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop.  But these two are gorgeous enough I could have stuck them anywhere and they would have looked fabulous.  Lovebird sessions are so much fun - especially in the snow!

Miranda & Jamie are getting married in a little less than a month.  Eek!  I am so very excited to be able to document their big day.  A couple of weeks ago we got out onto the golf course (Jamie would play all day everyday if he could!) to do a super fun engagement session.  They are such an awesome couple - Miranda is cute beyond words and you can just tell her smile lights up every room she walks into.  And Jamie is sweet as pie.  And patient.  And was so willing to do whatever I asked of him, all the while educating me on the rules of golf - and politely asking me to step back when balls were headed in my general direction.  From the moment you meet them you can just tell they are meant to be together.  Peas and carrots.   :)

I attended a fabulous wedding workshop recently where I had the opportunity to learn more about the wedding industry and photograph some beautiful brides, grooms, and attendants.  Let me tell you, I fell in love!  I think I am really going to love working in the wedding industry.  For all of 2012 I will be offering an all-inclusive flat rate for weddings - please contact me for more details!  Here are a just a few (okay, maybe more than a few) photos from the weekend.

Jill is originally from Syracuse but currently living near DC, so it was perfect timing for us to get together and get some classic DC shots before my move back to Syracuse.  Jill & Chris were a riot to spend the afternoon with, and you can see from the photos how much of a fun loving couple they are.  I have a feeling this is going to be one heck of a wedding celebration!
