One momma, a dad, and 4 boys! She is totally outnumbered. I love sessions with this family. The older boys are so much fun and have such amazing personalities. They are full of energy and I love to chase them around. And the babies? I mean puh-lease. So adorable. I can't believe these were taken just two weeks ago. The beautiful leaves are gone and now we have snow!
This momma and I have been friends for a very long time. She is dear to me. And I love to see all of these smiles with her two cuties. xoxo
I loved this session! This family was so fun, had so much energy, and were so lovable. These boys ADORE their father - it was awesome to see. And little brother would do whatever big brother would do. He wants to be just like him! And the whole family? Pretty good looking!
It is so hard to predict how the weather is going to be around here once we get into October. One day it is 70 and the next it is in the 40's. We woke up to our first real frost the morning of this family's session. I know how hard it is for the kiddos to be out in the cold, but they really did a great job. Troopers for sure!

This cutie pie is all smiles and big blue eyes. He was a doll to work with - so happy and carefree. And he clearly loved playing in the country!
Oh Aiden, what a handsome young man you are! I can't believe that when I did his newborn photos a year ago he was a 5 pound peanut! It was so great seeing this family - Aiden is an absolute joy. That smile will light up a room!
This is my third time working with this beautiful family, but my first time photographing Anthony! He is a stud muffin, and I look forward to having him back in front of the camera again. It was Bella's 4 month session - time really does fly by. Can you believe those cheeks?!

You remember Noah, right? The peanut from last week? Well, he came back to the studio for some family photos. And I am so glad they did! I absolutely love how these turned out. It was so nice to spend time focusing on Noah with his momma and dad. These tender moments are so precious early on and I am glad I was able to capture them for this beautiful family.
Two boys. Momma is outnumbered 3 to 1. But loves it and knows no other way. These boys love the country and were making plans to buy their own house in the country one day. They would have much rather been helping my husband with the yardwork than getting their picture taken, but they were great. For every "serious" shot we always ended up with a silly shot. Boys will be boys! And handsome ones at that.
Sara reached out to me to get some photos of her and her son together. I had not done a session like this before and was really looking forward to capturing their bond. Josh is SO.sweet. Within minutes of meeting him his personality shines through, without many words - just by his gestures and the love he has for his mother. A good soul right there. And also? They're pretty (ahem handsome)! I loved having them in front of the camera. Sara and Josh - I hope you enjoy the photos!
Another family of 5! I love it. We even got a shot with their cat and their dog - that makes a family of 7, right?! This is one sweet (and beautiful!) family - we had fun romping around in their backyard and then exploring some other hidden spots in the neighborhood. Enjoy!
I love this family! They are so much fun. Last year they were my first family of 5 to photograph and I was terrified! This year, I was more than excited to see them again. The kids have grown so much and it was so good to see them again. These kids have spunk, and I love chasing them around and capturing their personalities. 
And each one with balloons showing hold old they are!

Oh, how I just adore this family! This is another family that were some of my very first clients, and I was so happy to have them back in front of the camera again. This time I got to meet the grandparents, who are also a hoot. This family is fun, full of energy, and full of love!
Catherine has the bluest blue eyes I have ever seen. She is an absolutely beauty and was such a sweet little girl to work with. She is celebrating her 1 year birthday, so we also did a cake smash! Check out the photos at the end of the post.

Here they are - Liam & Grady! Along with big brothers Soren & Gabe. The twins were about 4 weeks old at this point and still so very tiny and adorable. They slept like champs though! They barely cracked their eyes during the entire session, and if they did they just wanted a little tasting from their bottle. And the smiles...oh the smiles. They are so sweet and have great big brothers to help take care of them.
Sweet Ava. With those beautiful blue eyes. Such a doll. Such a beautiful family. They came out to the house so we could use my fields and barn as a backdrop. It is definitely my favorite place to shoot. The scenery seems to change out here week to week, and for their session we had a garden of day lilies. We have beautiful light in the early morning, but we also have exceptional light in the evenings. Enough about that - back to this cutie pie!
Brothers! Adorable brothers. Charlie had a great time running around the backyard while John was snoozing inside, taking a bit of a break to kiss his brother. Another great family - I really do have the best job!
My cousin and his beautiful, funny, and kind family came out to the new house to play in our fields! Bella and Nate are a riot. So sweet, so down to earth, and best beds. It was such a nice experience to watch them run around, explore the yard, and keep us all entertained. I had a hard time narrowing down which photos to share!
