At the beginning of June my adorable nephew turned ONE! I cannot believe how quickly the first year has gone by. But boy is he a cutie. His smile makes my heart smile. He is so loving, so playful, so sweet.
Keegan is one of my Year of Wonder babies so I am lucky enough to see him every 4 months. He is already 8 months old - so hard to believe! This might be my favorite age to photograph because they can sit so well but can't yet run away from me! Haha. Look at that handsome smile of his. Love love love.
These two are not only beautiful, they have beautiful personalities to match! Absolute dolls and a pleasure to work with. We had so much fun exploring at a location I had never shot at before - we loved it!

Oh these two! Can you believe how big they are and how much they have grown over the past year?! At their newborn session they were just 5 teeny tiny pounds. Incredible to watch them grow and watch their personalities develop. I was lucky enough to photograph their big brothers at this session as well. Always a riot - they keep me on my toes! I don't know how momma does it surrounded by her 5 boys. :)
We had such beautiful weather for this session - the lighting was just so in the backyard. These boys are perfect. They seem to be complete opposites of each other, which I find so fascinating. Liam is chill. Kellen loves to go go go!

Parker was so chill. Just like his two big brothers. Calm, cool, and go with the flow. Such good kiddos, and they weren't afraid of the camera. It was awesome!
I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph this beautiful baby girl - she was the winner of my Mother's Day giveaway session! It worked out perfectly. She was amazing to work with, but I think she was happiest and sleepiest for the outdoor shot! Beautiful baby girl.
Drake has the most perfect little face. My favorite photos of him are the simple ones of him on the white blanket so the focus is on that sweet face of his. I adore them in color and black and white. You can see from the family photo where he gets his good looks from - gorgeous parents!
Oh sweet Noah - I cannot believe it has been a year since your newborn session! It has been amazing to watch him grow throughout the year. This fall he will be a big brother so only a few more months before I get to see him again!
Sophia was another cutie pie I had the opportunity to photograph while I was down in Virginia. She is so!much!fun! It was a little chilly, definitely damp, and misting for portions of our session, but it didn't seem to bother her in the least. The humidity probably helped those adorable curls of hers. I can not get over how gorgeous her blue eyes are. They are striking. Such a beautiful baby doll.
Sweet Clayton is a trooper! He gave his parents quite the scare at birth, but he is a fighter and after a week of healing, testing, and wonderful care he is absolutely perfect. He is surrounded by so much love, and has a pretty gorgeous big sister to boot!
While I was down for a weekend visit to Virginia I had the chance to photograph this adorable little girl. Teagan is just a blast. So silly, beautiful, and full of life! We had the most amazing light, and the most beautiful land to play around on. Thank you to Black Star Farm for allowing us to have our session there! My uncle Charlie was my wonderful assistant and had Teagan in giggles. It was so much fun.
Miss Avery had so much fun playing around Franklin Square! We had trouble scheduling this session because of the crazy weather recently, but she didn't mind the chilly misty rain one bit! She even had a chance to sport her rain slicker. It was perfect.
